Biography

Luke P. Hudock is the managing attorney of Hudock Law Group, LLC, where he represents Wisconsin consumers in individual and class-action litigation. His practice focuses on deceptive business practices, auto dealer misconduct, contractor disputes, unlawful fees, rental-related claims, and other consumer transactions. Since 2015, he has represented hundreds of consumers in Wisconsin state and federal courts, with an emphasis on careful factual development, precise legal analysis, and holding businesses accountable for systemic misconduct.

Luke graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 1997 and spent years starting and operating a business before entering the legal profession. He graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School in 2014, served on the Marquette Law Review, published legal scholarship, and interned with the Wisconsin Supreme Court. His class-action practice has included cases involving national companies such as LG, Vizio, TCL, DraftKings, and Menards.
